Food Production Systems Design and Install - servicing the Mornington Peninsula
Growing Small seeks to deliver sustainable solutions to the small spaces such as balconies, rooftops and courtyards.
We aim to address issues of food security and the construction of green habitats through plant focused design and our signature pots, tubs and seedlings.
MEET THE TEAM
Fletch
Fletcher bought a few succulents in his twenties and over time the joy of growing and curating small pots turned into an obsession.
These days he owns hundreds of varieties and knows more about how to mix them aesthetically and carefully restrain their growth so they remain beautiful.
He’s not a trained horticulturalist or landscape architect like Will but he’s got a great eye and is the main operational partner in Growing Small.
He fits our core value at Growing Small – love plants, get joy from them and bring that joy to others!
Will
Will grew up in inner city Melbourne, and spent his formative years exploring his grandparents property in Flinders, on the Mornington Peninsula.
It was here he cultivated a love of big open spaces and the unique local vegetation, as well as the formal characteristics of classic garden design.
More recently Will completed a Bachelor of Design Landscape Architecture at RMIT in 2012 - and under the guise Growing Designs, Will has been creating new gardens and landscapes for a number of diverse clients since.
